DOWNLOAD THE LATEST SPD UPGRADE TOOL THAT SOLVE ITEL HANG ON LOGO PROBLEM

1. Purpose
When you have the issue: stop at itel logo and can’t download, pls use the after-sale tool to download the latest version.

2. Applicable scopes:
This document is for A11&A12&A13&P12&A42 Plus.

3. Detail Description:
When you receive the faults with stop at itel logo and can’t download issue. Pls use the below steps to solve the issue:

Install the latest SPRD driver(must, it is inside the download tool package):SPRD_NPI_USBDriver_1.4
Run the FactoryDownload.exe, load the pac file (Get the product latest version) and then click Start.(It is the same as the SPRD download)
